General Changes & Bug Fixes
Reaching renown rank 80 or otherwise increasing mastery paths beyond 40 will no longer cause pets to summon at rank 1.

Forsaken Infantry once again plague Black Crag. These monsters had been temporarily deactivated to address a server performance issue, and have now been returned to the world.

Items
Carcass-guard of Violent Rituals: Fixed issues with the icon and appearance of this item.
Spanner of the Decayed: Fixed an issue that was causing this item to appear as a large standard when equipped. The item will now have the proper appearance.
Quests and Public Quests
The Vessel of Azorgaron: Fixed several issues that were making this epic quest more difficult than intended.
Key to the Past: Adjusted the levels of the Screamers to bring them in line with the level of the quest.
Out of Favor: Conquering the Raven: The Raven's Eye can now be used to complete this epic quest.
Realm vs. Realm
It is now possible for a guild to claim the Badmoon Hole Keep in Black Crag.
User Interface
Fix an issue that was causing hotbar abilities to remain grayed-out after a stun or disable had worn off. Hotbar abilities will now return to their normal appearance immediately when such an effect has worn off.
Europe First: Inevitable City Siege on Eltharion!
The forces of order have assaulted the Inevitable City
On January 18th, the forces of Order laid waste to the heretic bastion of "The Maw" and proceeded to besiege the Inevitable City itself. Bugman from the Bugmans Best blog has shared some comments and some essential FAQ on this Europe-first event.
How did Order manage to lock the zones needed to get to the Inevitable City?
It was a huge effort on everyone's part. Order got themselves organised and had some Warbands taking the keeps. Praag usually changes hands daily on Eltharion, so it was only when Order entered the Chaos Wastes that Destruction set up proper defence Warbands.
How many were involved in this massive effort?
There were a lot of guilds that took part - all the usual suspects such as Bad Karma, The BlackHand Order, and Exploding Lab Rats, Death Company, Inquisitors, Pandemonium, Storm Hammer Collective, Death Watch and others. It really showed what Order can do once they pull up their socks!
