It is the time for us to make mention of Warlock raiding tips for all the Warlock fans online.
DoTs and Threat drops or wipes are a dangerous combination, but we won't go so far as to say you should not use DoTs. What we will say is this - you have two choices on your hand.
One is that you do not know exactly what DoTs you can use safely, or do not understand the timing of the Threat drops/wipes well, it isn't better for you to use DoTs.
Another is that you do know the timing of the Threat drops/wipes and you are good at managing your DoTs, then you should be extra careful and attentive.
On critters like the Lair Brutes from Gruul's Lair, you can't predict or control the Threat wipes. They may never occur, in fact, because the Threat wipe only happens if someone screws up and adequately gets far away to provoke a charge.
Curse of Elements is an amazing curse. For the most part, it's the best Curse for your personal DPS, and generally if there is anyone else that can get a DPS boost from it, it's a good thing. So, if no one is putting up CoE, and anyone else can benefit from it, consider putting it up. If there are multiple Warlocks, figure out who should put it up based upon putting out the most raid DPS and be humble enough to admit, if necessary, that your DPS is low enough that you should be doing it.
Raid leaders take note: it's just basic human nature that if you pointedly and directly assign a task to someone it is more likely to be accomplished and will happen more quickly. Be sure to explicitly ask the Warlock by name to summon the person in question by name.
It's sure that you should go into the raid with at least one full bag of shards, using the largest bag you can get. Currently, that is the Ebon Shadowbag.
Then, you must keep your supply topped off during the raid. You never know when the raid will hit a snag and your shards supply will wither away. Frequent wipes usually mean lots more Healthstones and Demon re-summons. And of course, if you are wiping on something that requires Enslave, which requires a Soul Shard for each Enslave, those shards can disappear at an alarming rate.
The spec you like to play is a maxim for our guild. However, it is a simplistic message. If you like spec A, but doing lots of DPS makes you very happy and Spec B does lost of DPS, that may actually be the best spec for you. So, think about the big picture when determining what you like. And if you like them all, consider playing what is needed most.
Sometimes, the guild may need you to respec. For example, if you are not a Demonologist, you would need to respec to tank Leotheras the Blind. You should be ready and happy to do so and know what the heck to do.
If you are going to ask anyone to respec for any reason to support your progression, give them 100 wow Gold to pay for the respec to the desired spec and the respec back to what they had. Don't be cheap and mince words or convince them to stay in the needed spec.
All in all, the Warlock raiding tips draw to a close. Are you familiar with those content? Be you an old hand or a newbie for Warlocks, you can come to our cheap wow gold site to share with your own experience and knowledge you gain.
