Dual Spec In WoW

Author: - Source:

The World of Warcraft Forums indicate Blizzard is looking to add a dual spec capability in the next content patch. Here's word from Blizzard poster Ghostcrawler: "The idea is to let you swap glyphs and action bars along with your talents. It will be trivial to do in town. You will also be able to do it out of towns, but not as trivially. We hope to have this done for the next major content patch, but it's a big feature and takes some time."
That being said, the duel spec is a hot topic at that moment, a great amount of players pay more attention to this part. Some say duel spec in the World of Warcraft plays a important role and even more it is a part and parcel right now, but others hold different opinions. Perhaps it is time for us to make mention of this topic here in detail.
Dual spec, a heated debate on everyone's mind. It provided some new insight into how things will work. In particular it said that "It will be trivial to do in town. You will also be able to do it out of towns, but not as trivially." This is new information and should make everyone tingle with gleeful anticipation at how trivial it might be to switch specs while in Dalaran.
Dual specs are a feature that's very much looked forward to by many players, in particular tanks and healers. No longer will players have to spend horrendous amounts of gold just to enjoy both solo content and group content. The introduction of them will truly be game changing for many folks.
To some extent dual spec is less so classes can play each spec they have available for free, a lot of people already collected 2 gear sets and paid to swap between them depending on whether they raided, or PvP'd etc.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll see dual specs appear in 3.1. The 3.0.4 PTR should be coming around shortly, and I wouldn't be surprised to see a 3.1 PTR shortly after the beginning of the new year. So maybe if I'm lucky around February or March next year I won't be spending 400g/week respecing.
But what could she mean by the dual-spec feature shining more light on talent design? It's a slightly mysterious statement, but my interpretation is that when everybody can have two specs and switch between them either freely or at least cheaply, the load each spec needs to carry lessens. It's OK if Holy can't solo, because you can just switch to your Shadow spec for that. It's not such a big deal if Combat isn't as strong in PvP; just swap out to Assassination for the BG weekend, and swap back in time to raid. The trees no longer have to be strong in all areas of the game. But that's just guesswork on my part; GC may well have meant something else entirely.
The dual-spec system will be introduced in a content patch. The goal is to let you switch specs very easily in raid, even between fights! However it won't be possible to switch specs in the middle of an arena match. With dual-spec introduced in the game, there are also discussions about an Itemrack-like mod being introduced to the default UI.
In the past, Blizzard had the stance that pure classes (Rogues & Mages) should do more DPS because that's all they do. Now, they are saying that an equally geared and skilled Shaman specced for DPS and an equally geared and skilled Rogue should put out the same damage. With that change and if dual specs are allowed in the future, what is the need for the pure classes?
Without doubt, dual spec is a thing you should keep in mind. As above, we do not know whether you get the hang of it or not, if no, you can directly come to our wow gold site ( to look for the desired ones.
