New Pets in Patch 3.1 for Blood Elves

Author: inwowgold Source: http://www.inwowgold.com

With the advent of patch 3.1, which is current on the Public Test Realms, Blizzard mentioned that: Turtles and Crabs dwell in waters of and off Eversong and the Ghostlands, giving Blood Elf Hunters access to local Tenacity pets. So of course we want to talk about the pets what they're added such as Lake Snappers, Plagued Snappers, the Golden Crawler and Rotting Crawler. Let us get down to them one by one in depth.
The first one is Lake Snappers. They are simple green turtles in the same vein as the Snapjaws in Hillsbrad. They live in the Eversong Woods section of Lake Elrendar, from about Zeb'Watha north to Elrendar Falls. They are also non-aggressive.
Remember that they bring the lowest level turtle down below level 10. Previously, the lowest level turtle was the level 15 Oasis Snapjaw in the Barrens. They expand green turtle accessibility quite a bit since before you either needed to wait until level 30 for the Snapjaw or venture into Blackfathom Deeps for an elite Aku'mai Fisher.
Lake Elrendar bridges both Eversong Woods and the Ghostlands, so as you might expect we can also find turtles in the southern part of this great lake. But like the crabs, the turtles have also been touched by the Scourge.
It is conjectured that Plagued Snappers can be found throughout southern Lake Elredar but in truth we only saw two of them there: one just south of the Isle of Tribulations, and one hiding out under the ledge of the Farstrider Enclave.
However, we found a couple Plagued Snappers in the big pond northwest of Zul'Aman which is just outside Zeb'Nowa. We checked the small ponds further west as well as the pools in the Amani Pass, with no luck. So perhaps this is just the beginnings of the population spreading out from northern Lake Elrendar.
As follows, the Golden Crawler is an attractive little bronze crab that can be found along most of the western shore of Eversong Forest. We found a few up on the Tranquil Shore, north of the undead murlocs, and a whole bunch south of there along the Golden Strand, all the way down to the border of the Ghostlands. They do not intermix with the undead murlocs, which either means they are pretty smart or pretty tasty.
In either case, they are non-aggressive therefore they have no fear of walking up and making friends. While there were already plenty of low-level bronze crabs in Azeroth, this is the first one that lives in a Horde starter zone.
Only do Golden Crawlers occur in Eversong Woods but on the west coast of the Ghostlands, you'll find what happens to cute little crabs when the Scourge moves in, they bleach out and become Rotting Crawlers.
Rotting Crawlers can be found down the entire western shore, from Golden Mist Village past Windrunner Spire all the way to the southern mountains. And apparently they taste as bad as they sound, since even the undead murlocs won't touch them. It sounds odd that they're non-aggressive yet.
At last, there is one thing we want to point out that we search the inland lakes and rivers of Eversong Woods and the Ghostlands and turn up no other new beasts but we may well have something missed. If you run into something unknown in the Blood Elf lands, you'd better to let us know and in turn we will give some especial gifts for all of you as the rewards.
