Now it is time for us to share some general tips on defense. These are three methods you must keep a lookout.
The first method is to hide somewhere. There are many good hiding spots inside both team's fortresses. First, there is the box with a window near the end of either team's tunnel. This window is important, because from inside the box, you can see out but the people coming up the tunnel can not see in. Other viable hiding spots include the roof of the base, the top of the aforementioned box and inside the flag alcove.
The second method is to guard all the entrances. Many groups have been foiled by pursuing a single enemy in the tunnel while a massive group strikes from the roof. You should make sure that all four entrances to the flag room are well secured.
The last method is to twink. You can use funds from a higher level character to buy expensive weapons and armor to overpower the opponent. Twinking is only for the players with a level ending in 9, as they are at the top of their bracket. Level 19 Rogues make the best twinks, because they have many powerful spells at that level, whereas other classes do not.
