Raiding is even better than before with the new expansion. Many players have conquered Naxxramas and Sartharion, Ulduar is the hardest that they have faces. Therefore it is necessary for you to have a little knowledge of Ulduar to help shed some light on this new dungeon in patch 3.1.
Ulduar is the one that those who follow World of Warcraft lore are not familiar with it. Ulduar is a place that no mortal or undead has laid eyes on for a long time. In fact, this place is untouched since it is far removed from the battles and struggles of Azeroth. But now it has been rediscovered and those from all walks of life in Azeroth will have the ability to raid this awesome tomb of the might Titans. It is said that Ulduar was once a vault that combined the Titan's treasures, even the Titans themselves but no one really knows. Though, one thing is certain that the old God of Death lays waiting for those who are brave enough to enter deep in the bowels of Ulduar.
There're many level 80 players out there who have conquered Naxxramas, Sartharion, Nexus and other new dungeons on heroic mode but Uldaur, it offers more than anyone has experienced before. To be honest, this new raid is one of epic proportions as the dungeon is bigger than anything before it, the sheer number of mobs and bosses are almost overwhelming, and the loot will knock your socks off.
It is a feat that you can get to the gates of the instance. With a monstrous army of iron blocking your way, you and your party will have to use special siege vehicles to make your way through the awaiting army and to the gates of Ulduar. These vehicles consist of a wide mix of ways to break through the army that is blocking your way, from choppers to engines to demolishers, you and your team will have to find the right mix of these vehicles to get through the army and to the gates without wiping. Each vehicle will have its own special attacks and abilities, so it may take a few tries to get through the waiting mobs.
But, the iron army isn't the only thing standing in your way. After you and your team make it through the mobs, then the Flame Leviathan is another extremely tough challenge you will face. This monster tank was built by Mimiron to help protect Ulduar from those trying to enter. Your team will have to continue their use of the different siege vehicles to defeat this monster, as your normal abilities and skills won't be enough.
It makes sure that Blizzard isn't releasing much about what awaits players once they get inside, but it is known that there are fourteen bosses in this raid instance to be exact. And of these 14, you can choose hard mode for this instance and try to take down the 11 bosses that will gain more abilities and harder to defeat ways to truly challenge the best World of Warcraft players.
