Survival against magic:
Survival against magic is a legit concern.
Aspect of the Beast: We're not sure what we're going to do with Beast, but as you said, for now we basically consider the choice at 80 to be Dragonhawk vs. Viper.
PvP against rogues: Dismantle
Many of their new abilities for LK were very situational.
Disengage bug: As I have explained before, the slow leap that occurs when snared is a bug. It shouldn't remove the snare, but the leap itself should not be slow.
Glyphs
Glyph of Trueshot Aura: While your Trueshot Aura is active, you have 10% increased critical strike chance on your Aimed Shot.
Mage
Arcane
Arcane Blast: Down to 8% base mana from 9%.
Arcane Missiles: Higher ranks down to 31% base mana from 34%. Lowest ranks down to 37% base mana from 41%.
Arcane Explosion: Higher ranks down to 22% base mana from 25%. Lowest ranks down to 27% base mana from 30%.
Fire
Frostfire Bolt: Down to 14% base mana from 16%.
Living Bomb: Down to 25% base mana from 31%.
Fireball: Higher ranks down to 19% base mana from 21%. Lowest ranks down to 23% mana from 25%.
Frost
Frostbolt: Higher ranks down to 13% base mana from 15%. Lowest ranks down to 16% mana from 8%.
Glyphs
Glyph of Remove Curse: Your Remove Curse spell also makes the target immune to all curses for 4 seconds.
Hunters in Arenas
To name just a few examples, we think the hunter mana situation is in much better shape now, we think your base attacks are not so dependent on shot rotation mods or macros, and we think Disengage is a button worth pushing. We tried some Arena maps with fewer LOS-blocking elements and no safe starting rooms. We gave pets some cool abilities like Roar of Sacrifice and decent crowd control.
Paladin
Avenging Wrath and Divine Shield on a 30 seconds shared cooldown
That last part is still the plan. There are limitations to what we can hotfix. Those are essentially server-side changes. Changes to your client require an actual patch. Patches, sadly, are much more difficult to do. That doesn't mean it isn't important to us. It just means we have to test patches very thoroughly. Breaking everyone's WoW is almost always a lot worse than whatever bug or issue we were trying to fix.
Fallback taunt
Paladins don't have a ton of snap aggro abilities at the moment. We're working on something now but it's too early to announce it yet.
