With the approach of the next major patch – Call of the Crusade, eagerly being awaited, it was time to go over exactly what is currently under development. The next patch promises to be exciting, releasing a number of new quests, dungeons, a new battleground, and the next season of arena.
On the official web, the news is like:
"The upcoming major patch, Call of the Crusade, will bring a host of new features for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King.
The Argent Tournament Expands: With the help of Azeroth's heroes, the Argent Crusade will finish the Argent Coliseum just in time to call for all brave citizens to prepare for battle with the Lich King. New dailies, rewards, and more will be available at the Argent Tournament grounds to lure adventurers into the coliseum.
Crusaders' Coliseum: In order to prepare for a siege on Icecrown Citadel, players will be called by the Argent Crusade to test their mettle in the Coliseum. 5-player, 10-player, and 25-player challenges await inside.
New Battleground: Isle of Conquest, a new large-scale siege Battleground, will be open. The Horde and Alliance will battle head-to-head for control of strategic resources to lay siege to the keeps of their opponents.
New Arena Season: Season 7 will officially start, paving the way for all-new items and challenges."
There's very little information currently out about these new upcoming changes since they're still in the developmental phase. It's unlikely that Warcraft players will be able to experience the new content for several months, even on the private test realms. This comes as good news to arena players in season 6, since they'll want as much time as they can get to acquire rating and arena points for the Furious Gladiator gear and win the new titles and mount.
Whoa! There's going to be a lot of competition over this baby! However, certain class changes and tweaks to the game will be upcoming patch in a previous patch before the release of Patch 3.2 goes live. However, since this is not a major patch there will be no testing of it on the test realms unlike previous patches before it.
