Corpse camp means killing other player, waiting by their graveside for resurrection, and then killing them again. The practice only works if you are a high enough level to defeat the other player repeatedly.
When you exercise corpse camping, be sure to set aside a lot of time. Make sure you want to do this. Keep in mind corpse camping is not typically seen as polite and may give you grief in days to come.
Find a character at least 10 levels lower than your own. Lower level characters are a gray color. Look for them in lower level zones, especially around enemy towns. If you are familiar to the zone, wait for them at key points in completing quests.
Kill them. If you are at level 70 or 80, if you have Wrath of the Lich King installed), you probably won't have any troubles at all in killing a low-level.
Wait by their corpse to kill the deceased character again once he revives. If you are level 70 (or higher; see above) and have a flying mount, then, while in Outland, you can just fly above the location while waiting for the character to revive; most players don't consider looking above them when they're about to revive.
Repeat these steps as many times as you want. Consider the Warnings below, though.
Bonus: if you're level 70, for instance, and your victim is, let's say, level 68, you can corpse camp them and still get honor for it! However, the honor you gain is only in game; corpse camping is very dishonorable, morally speaking.
Apart, if you are a priest or warlock you can move away from the immediate area and using Eye of Killrogg or (whatever the priest spell is) you can keep an eye on the corpse and wait for him to come back to life.
Create a macro that will target the character. Use the /target command and put the macro on your toolbar. That way you can press the button and as soon as he comes back to life you will target him. That way you don't need line of sight to know if he's back.
If you have two wow accounts create a guy on the same side as the corpse character. Then do a /who on the corpse character to ensure he is still logged on. Maybe even talk to him if your guy is about the same level and gain his trust and let him tell you about being ganked. Then offer suggestions to get away but of course you will be one step ahead of him. Take your other toon to the same zone so you can listen in on general chat in case if he asks for help from anybody so you know if you need to leave or prepare to fight.
