Alchemy in World of Warcraft is a powerful profession. It allows you to make potions and elixirs that can heal, replenish magic energy and improve stats. An expert alchemist can make potions that increase health, defense and stealth and are useful to the alchemist and people in his party. Leveling alchemy, though, takes a great deal of work and time, and you need to continually work on it to level alchemy effectively.
Apprentice Alchemist
Level 1 to 60: Minor Healing Potion
1x Silverleaf1x Peacebloom 1x Empty Vial
The cheap potential potion to make with the easiest/cheapest to obtain items. There is no cause not to obtain advantage of this.
Important, SAVE all of these. critically! You'll be use them again shortly.
Level 60 to 75: Lesser Healing Potion
1x Minor Healing Potion
1x Briarthorn
1x Empty Vial.
Create fifteen of these then trains for Journeyman Alchemy.
Journeyman Alchemist
Level 75 to 105: Lesser Healing Potion
1x Minor Healing Potion
1x Briarthorn1x Empty Vial.
After you train to become a Journeyman Alchemist you require continuing making these as you already have the Minor Healing Potion from previous to, so it's pretty efficient.
You may want to place them on the Auction House, lowbies in the BGs like them for their cheapness.
Level 105 to 110: Elixir of Wisdom
1x Mageroyal2x Briarthorn
1x Empty Vial.
You might not need to do this, you might get lucky with your Lesser Healing Potions and not need to use this. Don't struggle to force it though, these should be Orange and give you a point on each design.
Level 110 to 150: Healing Potion
1x Briarthorn
1x Bruiseweed
1x Leaded Vial.
This force take you all the way to expert and these also sell type of well on the Auction House for lowbies in the bg. When finished, train to turn out to be an Expert Alchemist.
Expert Alchemist
Level 150 to 155: Strong Troll's Blood
2x Briarthron
2x Bruiseweed
1x Leaded Vial
Not that cost effective, but patches you up until 155 when you can make Greater Healing Potions.
Level 155 to195: Greater Healing Potion
1x Kingsblood
1x Liferoot
1x Leaded Vial
Once again healing potions reign supreme.
Level 195 to 225: Elixir of Greater Defense
1x Wild Steelbloom
1x Gold thorn
1x Leaded Vial
When you reach 225 you'll need to train to become an Artisan Alchemist. You'll keep making these after a little while. Their need of only two herbs, like healing potions, make it a supreme choice.
